Job purpose
The successful candidate will provide support to the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be exposed to the following:
• Capturing and maintenance of HR administrative documents • Compensation and Benefits administration and recordkeeping
• Assisting with employee relations • Assisting with Recruitment • Witnessing IR procedures and disciplinary actions
• Administrative work for training and development • Perform any other adhoc duties that may arise
Qualifications • Human Resources Management Degree or any other relevant HR Qualification/Diploma Experience • No experience is required Knowledge and Skills • Human Resource Management Procedures and Practices
